Hi, I have the solution from one of my colleague. He sent me the "SecurityHealthSetup.exe" to run / reboot, that solved my problem. Attaching the app details (not sure where to get it from).
I can't access windows Security its just a blank screen
Any time I try to open the windows security app. All it shows is a blank screen. This happened after I did a factory reset on my computer, and I tried resetting my computer after having the problem but this also didn't work. Right now I am on a fresh computer with nothing on it.

2024-01-07T05:31:34+00:00 I have this exact problem following a Win11 re-install. Josiah's screen shot is identical to mine. I've tried everything listed on your blog (services are running, Reset, Repair, sfc, dism, Reset-AppxPackage, etc). From the output of Get-MpComputerStatus it seems Defender is running fine it's just the UI that's dead. I saw in another case you had a guy running FRST64 w FixList and I think you shared a DLL that fixed him up.
Anyway I implore you Kapil for suggestions.
Should I run a Farbar scan?
Thanks for everything you do here. I appreciate it.
