How to turn off Conservation Mode in Windows 11 Home laptop

Recently, I have bought a Abex brand laptop of Windows 11 Home operating system. The laptop battery cannot be charged up to 100% and always stops charging at around 93% - 96% even after 2 hours of plug-in charging.

I asked the laptop seller who sold me the laptop, he said it was something like a Conservation Mode in Windows 11 computers to protect the batteries.

However, I wish to turn off the conservation mode in my laptop. The seller advised me to uninstall everything under Batteries in Device Manager then restart the laptop, but no use (the conservation mode is still on).

Can anyone please guide me how to turn off the conservation mode? Thank you in advance.

    Hello,Zenn Lsy

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

The reason why your laptop can't be fully charged may be that you have turned on the smart charging mode, usually the switch to turn off this feature needs to be adjusted in the BIOS interface, the way to enter the BIOS interface depends on your laptop manufacturer's key settings, you can browse the brand's official website for the specific operation procedures, you can also consult the official technical support of the laptop brand to get further solutions to turn off the smart charging mode.

Good luck in resolving this issue as soon as possible!
