I have some issues with software not installing correctly (specifically Visual C++ ReDist. 2008). I have resolved similar issues in the past using the "Program Install and Uninstall Troubleshooter" tool found at this location:

Unfortunately, there's none but I just tested it by uninstalling apps and it still works with Windows 11 :)
A warning to anyone else looking into this; I used the official windows uninstall troubleshooter linked here on a Windows 11 machine, and while it did uninstall the application, it also put explorer.exe into an infinite restart loop, rendering my machine virtually unusable. After many troubleshooting attempts over several hours, I was not able to recover without doing a system restore.

the microsoft tool takes almost 3x as long to uninstall in windows 11 unless it is a microsoft app

At least some "non-official microsoft but realiable" program that we can run on windows 11 without risking my pc?
