Yes, my account is blocked. I tried to change the password, and the password was successfully changed. However, after logging in with the new password, I still see the message "Your account has been locked." Also, I encounter the error "We cannot send a text message to this number." How can I unblock my account if Microsoft can't send me a message?
Error: we cannot send a text message to this number
My other account with the email ******@orlov.tech was blocked. When I tried to unblock it and changed the password, I received an error saying, "We cannot send a text message to this number." What can I do to resolve this issue? I purchased Windows and Office on that account.

2024-01-07T13:36:48+00:00 I tried clearing cookies, using other browsers, private mode, and other devices, but nothing helped. My phone is not attached to the account because I can't log in and attach it. When I try to log in, I receive the message "Your account has been locked." Then, it prompts me to "Enter your phone number, and we'll send you a security code." However, all my phones receive an error stating, "We cannot send a text message to this number."

2024-01-08T11:31:20+00:00 It could be because your account is blocked due to multiple sign in attempts, Microsoft requires you to send a code to a phone number linked to your account. If you can't unblock your account, see if resetting your password would work instead.

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache, cookies and site data?
