Would have been perfect but I don't have that setting sadly
Is there an app that searches your computer to find all exe files so they can be added to the windows graphics settings preferred gpu?
I have a laptop with a discrete gpu and I want it default for every application instead of intel graphics. I cannot be bothered to set it for every windows process and app by hand and need way to set it as default or for every app. I have tried regedit for the default gpu but it does absolutely nothing. Does someone know a way???

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.
Well, there is no direct application, but you can use Geforce Experience or Amd Andrenaline to analyze the disk drive for the game library and thus see the trucks and manually add the second option to keep the power level as maximum performance to maintain the secondary GPU. .
If you have the Hybrid or MUX mode system, you can activate the external gpu as the main one by deactivating the internal one, however only some laptops have this function.
Hope this helps.
