What are the global processes in task manager?

Some of the processes:

Global.Accounts

Global.RulesEngine

Global.DesktopSpotlight

There might've been others. I found some posts about this on this site and on Reddit.

I'm just wondering if there's a schedule for them to start up because it seems sort of random so far.

    Is your PC connected to a work or school account or to a work domain, those processes are usually created on a PC that is connected to one of those and there is no clear information on what those processes do, except they are legitimate NuGet functions.
