Here is what it looks like.
My PC wont load into windows and is stuck on the Windows 10 Loading screen.
I was cleaning my room and I had to unplug my pc to move it under my new desk. Before this it worked perfectly fine until I turned it on again. Ive turned on and off my pc plenty of times but it continues to be stuck on the windows loading screen. Can someone please tell me what is going on and how to stop this??

2024-02-23T02:47:52+00:00 Thank you for your reply. In this case, I suggest a clean installation of the Windows operating system. This is the most effective way to address any underlying issues.
Before proceeding, ensure you have:
An empty USB drive with at least 8GB of space and a working PC to download and create the Windows 10 installation media.
Instructions:
- Visit the official Microsoft website: https://www.microsoft.com/software-download/win...
- Click on "Download tool now."
- Run the downloaded tool and follow the on-screen instructions to create the bootable USB drive.
On your affected PC:
- Start the PC with the Windows 10 USB flash drive.
- Press any key to continue.
- Click Next.
- Click Install now.
- If you're reinstalling, choose "I don't have a product key".
- Setup will also prompt you to select the edition you have a license for: Home or Pro. Choose the same edition you had a license for.
- Check the "I accept the license terms" option.
- Click Next.
- Select "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".
- Select the option to delete all existing partitions.
- Follow the screen prompts to complete.

If the PC remains ON when you unplug it, it may be due to corrupted files or the operating system. Please try the steps below:
Remove all unnecessary external devices connected to your computer, and then follow these steps to resolve the issue:
- Start your PC, and when you see the loading dots, press and hold the power button for 5-10 seconds to forcefully shut down (do this 2x). This will enter you into the Windows Troubleshooting environment.
- Once in the troubleshooting environment, select "Advanced Options."
- Try to access Safe Mode, if the issue persists, try the below options.
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Startup Repair > Check if the system can repair itself.
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > System Restore > Select a date before the issue.
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Uninstall Recently Installed Updates(if any)
Windows Troubleshooting > Advanced > Reset This PC (Keep My Files)
Try all the options, and hopefully, you will be able to access your PC after this.
I hope this information is helpful. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any more questions. Thank you
