You can also try to remove drivers which are no longer needed such as this that might cause an issue. Please see this previously resolved thread for the steps on how to do this:

2024-02-04T18:11:18+00:00 Thank you! That was the issue. There was still an old HP printer driver that was hidden in there. Removing that fixed the issue.

2024-02-03T17:48:07+00:00 The printer was previously uninstalled from Windows. It does not show up under device manager or printers. I no longer have the printer to reinstall and uninstall it again.
