This is what I a seeing under Network Adapters.
However, I am not seeing anything that says anything about the Bluetooth driver. Here is what I see in the Device Manager.

My laptop took a fall yesterday and now my device manager is no longer showing on my computer. How or where do I find a link to reinstall it?

Hi ,
I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.
May I know what happened to your PC?
Please right click on Start > Do you see Device Manager?
Or, press Win Key + R to open Run > Type devmgmt.msc and hit enter > Does it open Device Manager?
Thanks for sharing the screenshots.
There are no Bluetooth and Wifi drivers installed on your computer.
Please go to the manufacturer's official website to download the latest Bluetooth and wifi driver. If the issue persists, it is best to take the laptop to a reliable maintenance shop for hardware checks that may caused by the laptop's fall.
Please feel free to ask if you need further assistance.
Thanks for updating me.
In Device Manager > Do you see the Bluetooth driver?
Also, expand Network Adapters > Do you see any Wifi drivers?
If the problem occurred immediately following the laptop's fall, it is likely that the Wifi Chip became loose or disconnected in some way.
If you have basic hardware knowledge, make sure it is seated properly.
Please keep me posted.
As I mentioned in my previous message, my laptop fell off the table, and when I wanted to use my bluetooth earbuds, when I checked for the bluetooth icon, it was missing. The wifi icon is also missing.
All of those options bring up the Device Manager, but what am I supposed to be looking for?
