I understand that you are having black or blank screen problems on your computer.
May I please know if your machine have gone through an update before this?
Or did you recently installed any software?
Was there a recent power outage?
Does the manufacturer logo appear when you power on the laptop?
Please try to perform a hard reset.
Disconnect everything connected to it then press and hold the power button for 10-15 seconds, then reconnect the power cable then power it back on.
If you have a spare external monitor, please try to connect and restart the laptop.
