MSI external monitor stopped working, now gives me "No Signal" even though it is detected

I'm using an MSI GF65 thin 10SDR with Windows 10 on it, and I keep a external monitor which is MSI MAG241C. One day, when i working with it it blinked and went completely black and started showing me a "No Signal" message on the screen, despite the fact that the computer recognizes there's a second monitor plugged in. and when i disconnect the hdmi cable its still saying there is another moniter connected in display settings. i tried
-Reinstalling windows 10
-Reinstalling display drivers
-Tried to connect second monitor with type C to HDMI cable
-Tried disabling intel UHD graphics display driver
-Tried changing resolution and refresh rate
-Restore the laptop to default MSI settings

but nothing worked.
There is no fault with hdmi cable or external monitor, both worked fine with my other hp laptop.

can someone please help me with this?

My specs:

MSI GF65 thin 10SDR

Windows 10 Home Single Language 64 bits

Intel Core i7-10750H CPU @ 2.60GHz

Intel UHD Graphics (31.0.101.2125 version of driver)

NVIDIA GeForce 1660 ti (Studio Driver version 546.17)

I found a perfect soultion for my DEAD HDMI port of my Msi GF65 10UE i bought USB 3.0 Type-A to HDMI adaptor i connected it to my usb 3 port and downloand the driver and installed it and it worked like a charm same as the original port 1920x1080 60fps perfectly .. an important note is that you must get the type A USB 3.0 to hdmi adaptor and not the Type-C usb to hdmi adaptor as it only work on Type-C thunderbolt type and the Msi GF65 only have Type-C USB3.2 Gen1 that doesnot support video display

    Link for the driver

    Hello Nipuna Sarathchandra,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and we regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Thanks for sharing and letting us know all the steps you took. Since your Windows has been reinstalled but the problem still persists and tried almost everything you could.

I'm not sure if this is Windows version related but at this point I suggest you take a gamble and install the latest version of Windows 11 to see if the issue is resolved. Because to be honest, there are no more steps.

Or I also suggest that you ask MSI related issues because there may be third-party software to provide support the laptop to monitor.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Best Regards,
