    Hi,

I'm Paul, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem.

Don't worry, I will help you to solve it.

    Can you try this method?

    .> Open the File Explorer.

    > Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\Care Center.

    > Find and right-click the "ACCStd.exe" file.

    > Click "Properties" and select the "Compatibility" tab.

    > Check "Run this program as an administrator" and close Properties.

    > Restart the PC and see if the issue still persists.

I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

    Sorry for the late response.

I suggest that you find the shortcut file of Acer Care Center and then Right-click it > click Open File location.

Let me know how it goes.

    Thanks.
