I was having same issue with pop-up ads from https://pleadsstar.azurewebsites.net/ using Win11. After the last pop-up I clicked on the 3 .... in upper right corner in Microsoft Edge browser and opened Settings. Then along the left side of screen I clicked on Cookies and site permissions. On the next screen under Site Permissions, I clicked on the right arrow beside the offending website which I saw under Recent activity heading. Then I was able to change all permissions to Block. So far it seems to have worked. Fingers crossed.
Azurewebsite Popup virus - Can't seem to get rid of it...
It pops up every three minutes no matter what I do. It says all over the internet that both Malwarebyte's and Malwarebyte's Adware, as well as MS Defender will all easily get rid of it. But that hasn't been my case. I've also tried Microsoft Safety Scanner. None of them reported any infections, yet the popups continue every 3 minutes without fail and it is most annoying. What do I do now??

Thanks @sgb1959. That works. In addition, you can click reset permissions and the site will be removed. I did this and it worked. No more pop ups. Note: This vulnerability is only creating the pop up. As long as you don't click the pop up you should be ok. However, just to be safe, after you remove/block the site I would run a complete scan with your preferred AV tool.

2024-01-08T23:27:23+00:00 Thank you for helping me. There are many different popups. Attached are some examples. The thing they're pushing is McAfee AV and some sort of security addon for MS Edge. It's all revolving around MS Edge, which I do not normally use. I use Firefox. And there is no work or school email listed under accounts.

2024-02-04T17:54:45+00:00 I am having the exact same problem, except the address listed on the pop ups is “ remindsfit.azurewebsites.net”
Pop ups every few minutes, disappears after about a minute.
They are all different: McAfee, Norton, etc (like images shown by the OP.).
Tried scanning with Defender.
bought/installed McAfee and installed Malwarebytes, neither find any threats ( but the installs were after the issue started).
Turned off WiFi, and checked “extensions” in Edge and Chrome. Only on listed was for Google docs, so I removed it.
Checked my recent apps by date, and mostly Microsoft or Edge, I remove most of them.
Cleared cache’s.
Rebooted, numerous times,
Tony
