Windows 11, Epson R300 printer showing as USB2.0 MFP(Hi-Speed)

Has anyone actually managed to do this yet as I have had 6 hours trying to figure out if its possible, doing all the thing that everyone has said, all to no avail. If anyone knows or has figured it out, could you please post the answer in the forum.... Thanks in advance

    Go to this site https://www.windowscentral.com/how-set-any-printer-windows-11 Follow right through to windows update, it will take several minutes just wait. A full printer list will come up, click on R320 not R300. That worked for me on Win 10 and last week on Win 11.

    2. We recommend that you uninstall the printer driver and reinstall it.
