I completely agree! There is no reason to not give parents this ability. Please bring this back!
This is ridiculous! Why are you removing features that we need as parents! Bring back the ability to lock their computers with 1 click!

How do I lock my child's PC thru Family Safety?
'Screen time' allows me to set times for both thier PC and Xbox and even put the devices on the same schedule. 'Lock devices' shows only the XBox however.
Why is their PC not shown as device to lock???

Same here, the option to lock devices has disappeared for both Xbox and PC since last app update.
Please fix!
I have been wondering what happened to that button. I keep removing and rejoining these computers to the family account only to have the feature still missing. We use this feature to avoid the 'xx minutes remaining' popup, as that kicks the children out of their game, and they are still too young to figure out how to get back into the game.
We all know that Microsoft likes to rename/remove features just for the sake of doing it, but come on. What possible reason could you have for removing this feature? Even if it's rarely used, it's not impeding other features that are being added, and can't possibly be breaking the app. The only reason that you could have had for removing this is that '[you] felt like it'.
Please bring this feature back.
I apologize for misinterpreting your question.
Your child may have turned off activity reporting: Kids who are 13 or older have the ability to "opt out" of sharing usage data with adults in their family.
Hi [-],
I am Mario and I am a independent advisor, and I would like to help you.
You need to add your child's PC to your Family Safety account.
Once you've added him, you'll be able to see him in Family Safety and block him as needed.
Hope this can help you solving the issue.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Best regards,
Mário
