My computer is a lenovo yoga 7 and I used to have a stylus that connect through windows ink but lost it. So I bought another one and it won't connect. I went to Geek Squad and they said that is because the old pen is still connected despite me living in a completely different city than when I had the first pen and I would have to pay hundreds for them to reset the Bluetooth drivers. Is there anyway I can connect a new pen? The first one I bought was a bamboo ink stylus, then I bought another one of the same type, and finally I bought a completely different pen that came directly from lenovo and its still not working.

Thanks for coming back to me.

Here's the compatibility list of the Lenovo Digital Pen 2 : https://smartfind.lenovo.com/accessories/#/prod... . Is your Yoga laptop in the list ? Please check that it is the right model number.

Also, here's the Quick Start Guide of the stylus : https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/options/sp... . It does not seem like you need to pair the stylus, but it works with AAAA batteries. Make sure you've inserted charged batteries.

I have a Lenovo yoga 7 2 in 1 laptop and am using the Lenovo digital pen 2. I’ve already tried to connect it manually with Bluetooth but it doesn’t even show up as an option. I know it’s not something wrong with the pen because I’ve bought multiple to make sure it’s not just a faulty pen. In addition I can connect other Bluetooth devices just not the pens.

Hello ! I'm Aymeric, and I'm here to help !

What is the precise model of your Lenovo Yoga 7 laptop and Lenovo stylus ? Depending on the stylus' technology, you might need to connect the stylus through Bluetooth. For some styluses, a simple charge is enough. Just tap on the screen using the stylus and you're good to go.

You do not need to pay anything to pair a new Bluetooth stylus : just head to the Windows settings > Devices > Bluetooth and other devices > Add Bluetooth or other device.

Looking forward to your answer !
