i have Lenovo thinkpad L14 Gen-1, few days back my LID settings was working fine now i saw it is not working for me.

i have Lenovo thinkpad L14 Gen-1, few days back my LID settings was working fine now i saw it is not working for me. when i closing display it is not going to sleep mode. Anyone know how to fix tis issue. please help to fix this issue. Thanks

    Please ask Lenovo support for the help. This may mean hardware problem unfortunately.

    Thanks for your help, i did update BIOS and other required drive, all my drivers and software is updated. i think i need other solution for this issue.

    hello @Palcouk, I did many time even i installed all drivers, no luck. can you please suggest me different way to resolve this issue.
