hey I have ASUS FA506Ic with this config:
ryzen 5 4600H

rtx 3050
windows 11 last build

issue : when i boot into windows battery drains to 0 . tested battery and working fine when i using laptop but When I leave the laptop for a day and turn it on, Windows gives a battery error and the laptop turns off. This problem has been present for the last month and I think it is a software problem or a driver problem. I deleted the Asus Armory Crate software and the problem is still there. I hope someone can help me with this. And of course I must say that I also tested the battery calibration

    Hi, alidamiri

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

If your ASUS FA506IC laptop's battery drains to 0 after booting into Windows 11, even though the battery is functioning properly, it could be caused by a software or driver issue. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:

    1. Update BIOS and Drivers: Make sure that you have the latest BIOS version and drivers installed for your laptop. Visit the ASUS support website and download the latest BIOS and drivers for your model. Install them and restart your computer to apply the changes.
    2. Check Power Settings: Go to the Power & sleep settings in Windows 11 (right-click the battery icon in the taskbar and select "Power & sleep settings") and check the power plan you're using. Try selecting a different power plan to see if that helps. You can also customize the power settings to optimize battery life.
    3. Disable Fast Startup: Fast Startup is a feature in Windows that allows your computer to start up faster after shutdown. However, it may cause issues with some hardware, including batteries. To disable Fast Startup, go to Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable, and uncheck the box for "Turn on fast startup (recommended)."
    4. Check for Malware: Malware or viruses can cause abnormal battery usage. Use a reputable antivirus program to scan your computer for malware and remove any threats found. If the issue persists after trying these steps, it's possible that there may be a hardware issue with the laptop's battery or charging system. Contact ASUS support or take your laptop to a certified technician for further assistance.

    Best Regards
