    Hi, day style

    Welcome to the Microsoft Community.

It seems like you’re experiencing an issue known as “mic monitoring” or “sidetone”, where the microphone is picking up the audio output from your own device. This could be due to a number of reasons, but here are some steps you can try to fix the problem:

    1. Check Windows Settings: Click on the speaker icon on the taskbar, select “Open Sound settings”, then choose “Sound Control Panel” on the right side. Go to the “Recording” tab, select your microphone, click on “Properties”, then “Listen” tab. Make sure “Listen to this device” is unchecked.
    2. Disable Stereo Mix: Still in the “Sound Control Panel”, check if there is a “Stereo Mix” option. If it’s enabled, disable it as it can cause your mic to pick up desktop audio.
    3. Check Realtek Settings: Go to Realtek HD Audio Manager, select “Device advanced settings” at the top right, and make sure “Separate all input jacks as independent input devices” is checked under “Recording Device”. If I've misunderstood, or if the method doesn't work, or if you've already tried it, feel free to let me know in a reply.

    Best Regards
