Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

That red X indicates you are using OneDrive or some other cloud service to sync your files online and the files are not syncing correctly.

Log into OneDrive online (https://onedrive.live.com/), do you find your files there, and at the bottom left, is your OneDrive allocation indicated as full?

It depends, do you want to have your files synced to OneDrive, if you do, then you would need to purchase a subscription to get another 100GB on OneDrive online, or you can turn off OneDrive, and you would be able to store any amount of image files on your PC.

    Hi Dave,

I checked and the files are 0 but says I don't have enough to backup. Do I need to purchase something and will this purchase allow me to copy pictures to my desktop/documents, etc?

    Please advise.

    Gary
