Which certification(s) will be ideal for a SharePoint online developer?

Hello readers,

I did research some exams and the most appropriate one I came across was MS-600 exam. So currently I am working on client side app development with SPFx and using some capabilities of Power platform (PowerApps and Flow) as well. I would like to create full blown apps for M365 and also would like to test my knowledge regarding the same. If there is any other certification/learning paths please let me know.

I checked the above links but many exams seem to expire by this month August. Is there any chance they available again in the future or will be completely deprecated?

The power platform exams are promising and I might try them as well. So which one would you suggest the most important exam for a hardcore SP developer who is heavily relying on SPFx and sometimes working with PowerApps or you can say the Power platform. I mean to say how should I prioritize the exams?

Regarding the certifications that are going to expire soon, you can keep checking https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/learn/certifications for updates on the direct replacements.

For the power platform certifications, you can start off in the same order in which I have provided the three certification links above as it will start with designing and creating applications then move on to adding additional functionalities using Common Data Services( existing and custom ), Virtual Agents and the third certification will cover in depth understanding of power platform for which knowledge gained for the first two certifications would help.

As a supplemnet, at the bottom of each exam page, it shows:

Complete this exam before the retirement date to ensure it is applied toward your certification. After the retirement date, please refer to the related certification for exam requirements.

And only a couple of days later (end of August/2020) Sharepoint-related certifications were retired with no previous warning (all 300, 301 and transitions were retired as well):
