"If you click on Start button and then the Settings Cog icon.
In the Settings window, click on Apps.
Scroll down the list and see if Microsoft Solitaire Collection is there.
If it is, click on it and then click on Advanced options.
Then click on Reset.
If it is not in the list, then find Microsoft Store.
Click on it and then click on Advanced options.
Then click on Reset.
Reboot your computer and now see if you can install the game."
