unable to format an ssd from bios or windows operating system failure
few days ago we had a power outage and after that a bsod screen appeared, and still appears so i cant work with my os (windows 11) for more than 2 minutes and any change i do (eg delete an aplication or document) does not takes any effect when the pc restarts. I ve been trying to format the disk in several ways (starting from windows or from an usb port) but i couldnt. Using an external disk with windows allowed me to format but when i restarted the computer the disk was as if nothing had occured. any suggestion will be apreciated

Do you have backups of your personal files If not the boot from USB and open a command prompt, usually Shift + F10.
Type notepad.exe [press return] in notepad select File > Open and change the file type to All. using it like a mini File Explorer can you see you personal files?

2024-02-24T20:24:29+00:00 If it is an SSD it's possible the drive is read only. When you say you used a USB do you mean you have Windows 11 installation media on USB flash drive.
If you boot from that USB can you select Language > Install now > Custom install. At custom install what is shown?
