Hello ,
My suggestion is to refrain from using the AMD dedicated graphics card initially*. Make sure everything else is functioning properly without it (Run it for a day after booting up to see if there are any black screen errors).*
If the issues only arise when using the AMD graphics card*,* it suggests that the problem isn't with the system or other hardware components.
At this point, I recommend Contact to the graphics card manufacturer or seeking alternative graphics card repair services*.*
For this issue. At the moment, I can only assist you in pinpointing the issue*. (For instance, If your Windows won't start, I may have a good solution for you. If your* graphics card is malfunctioning, I cannot provide a repair solution).
Furthermore, you don't need to worry about me leaving; I will keep monitoring this thread continuously.
Best regards.

Hi there. Thanks again for responding.
I managed to fix the problem simply by removing my CMOS/BIOS battery(which resets the entire BIOS) I also ran a ONE HOUR stress test on my video card with the latest graphics driver available for AMD afterwards and no issue occurred, that was last night and it has been approximately 22hours ago. I was able to use my computer perfectly without any issues in the past 9 hours today, but the error seems to have come back. It occurred an hour ago. I have tried restoring the BIOS settings to it's default earlier and after doing so, the computer starts but after the OS loaded, it was all black screen and seems to have freezed(which is the same issue I encounter as well) so I decided to remove the CMOS/BIOS batter again, and everything seems to be working fine again. Can you provide some insights about this? I am starting to think that the problem lies in the BIOS since removing and placing the CMOS/BIOS battery back seems to fix the problem.
