Cant delete large file, "access denied"

A couple years back I got Xbox game pass for my pc, and i installed Forza Horizons 5. I played it for a while and enjoyed it but then I ran out of game pass subscription. When i went to go uninstall it to free up some space it said it had uninstalled it fine and no longer displayed it as installed in the Xbox app. But the file was still there and the space was still taken by the file, it wasn't in apps and i couldn't uninstall it so i figured i would just delete the file, but it was annoying about it and i honestly don't really remember what i did after that, but now its corrupted and ive tried everything to delete it and it wont let me, every time i go to delete the file it says that i need administrator permission, and then says i need permission from my user to make the change, even though im logged into that exact user? if that's how it works? Going into properties, security, and advanced it says i have ownership, but making any to any details like changing the ownership it says "An error occurred while applying security information to: (the file) Failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied." and it leaves me unable to delete the file. The file is like 130 gigs and its a pain that i have like a 10th of my ssd just gone. its been like this for a year or two and i cant seem to get anything to work, if you could help me fix it, it would be a massive relief.

    Thank you for your feedback!

You can download the free version of diskgenius, find and open the folder you need to excel in, right-click on the files below the folder, select Force Delete, and finally delete the folder

It should be noted that if it cannot be deleted in normal mode, it can be done in safe mode, which can sometimes be effective

Security mode for restoring the environment

On the Windows login screen, hold down the Shift key and use the mouse to select "Power>Restart".

After restarting the computer to the "Select Options" screen, select "Troubleshooting>Advanced Options">"Startup Settings">Select Safe Mode to restart.

If it cannot be deleted, please post relevant screenshots and I will reply to you once I find a solution

Thanks, I gave the IObit Unlocker a go and it "unlocked it" even though it said it wasnt locked, and it turned out i could delete about 100 gigs worth of the file after using it, but theres one more left that it couldnt unlock for some reason, only worth 30 gigs. Very very weird but honestly its awesome i got so much space back, if you have any suggestions for how i could fix that last folder throw it at me but im happy with this for now and im just over it :3
