It seems my Latitude E6530 laptop is so far out of warranty that
Dell refuses to help me! I've tried two times to get help but failed.

My problem is the first screen I get when powering up is the
Security Manager telling me I need a password to continue to power up.

However, I don't know that password and cannot get the pc up to Windows 10.

I'm trying to find out how to bypass this step for future power ups, if it is possible.

I don't want to have to purchase a new laptop just because of this!

Remove the CMOS battery for 15 mins. Then re-insert and restart machine.
