2024-02-13T17:11:32+00:00 Hi,
I'm Paul, I'm sorry to hear you're having a problem.
Don't worry, I will help you to solve it.
Can you try to launch the game as an Administrator?
If you have a 3rd-party driver, I suggest that you temporarily uninstall it.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.

I will now recommend that you try to repair Install Windows 11 with an In-place Upgrade to fix the system. Your files, apps, and settings will be safe.

Is the Rockstar Game Launcher updated and running properly ?
