Games crashing back to desktop, variation of the same handful of errors in event viewer

Hello!

I've been having issues with games crashing back to the desktop. Usually it only crashes to the desktop, but sometimes the PC gets a black screen, and once I saw about a 3/4 inch blue bar on the screen as the game froze, then black screen. It seems to have started ramping up, used to happen only occasionally to now anywhere from every 10 minutes to sometimes lasting 2 hours without crashing. I'll list everything I've tried below, then the event viewer error reports.

Troubleshooting:

Reinstalled Windows 3 times, replaced my RAM, replaced my CPU, loaded optimized defaults, ran sfc /scannow multiple times (did occasionally find and correct corrupted files) cleared the CMOS on my MOBO. I'm going to try to RMA the GPU tomorrow, but I'm starting to worry that it's worse. Could I have some sort of Kernel level malware that's coming back on an SSD or something along those lines? Because the event viewer repeatedly has this Exception Code (0xc0000005).

Specs:

Asus ROG STRIX Z790-H

i9-13900K

EVGA FTW3 ULTRA 3080ti

TeamGroup UD5-5600 2x16gb (temporarily tried G.SKILL Trident z5 Neo RGB 6000 2x16gb)

Asus Ryujin 1 CPU Cooler

Samsung 990 Pro NVMe PCIe M.2 1TB

Hi Christian, I appreciate your response, as per checking the logs, there are multiple Event ID 1001 Bugcheck errors, which means there is a Bluescreen error happening to your device, can you please check if you have minidump files on the PC so that we can further examine what is the root cause of the issue?

Press Windows key + E (To open File Explorer)

Click "This PC" > then follow the file path:

    C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy the Minidump files and save them to another location like Desktop or Documents.

Then please upload it to Cloud storage like OneDrive or any cloud storage you are using and please share the shareable link here.

To upload and share the link using One Drive:

Go to this link: https://onedrive.live.com/ then upload the file.

Then provide the shareable link by following the steps from this link: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/shar...

    Hi Bernard,

I really appreciate you responding so quickly. I've attached the application logs and the system logs.

I'm at the point of wondering if I need to RMA my CPU, but it also just feels like just stabs in the dark after all that I've tried so far. If it is hardware, the only things left I haven't swapped out yet are the CPU, GPU, and MOBO. I've tried on different SSDs at this point as well.

Thank you for helping, please let me know if there's anything else I can provide that can help with more insight.

    Christian

    EDIT:

I was trying to get Apex Legends to boot up, and it was repeatedly crashing back to the desktop before even getting past the loading screen to the main menu. I did a lot of research and someone with the same cpu mentioned they added 0.08 to the cpu core voltage offset. This completely stopped all of the crashes for the time being. In my mind, this points to some sort of issue with the CPU? It definitely feels like duct tape holding back a broken damn, and is certainly not a long term fix?
