Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

The most dangerous notification I see is Ransomware found on your PC, you should immediately backup all your personal files to another drive in case they get encrypted by the ransomware, if that malware still exists on your PC

    2

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the Filter box in Autoruns, type this: vbs

Please provide a screenshot of that Autoruns window.

    1
In Autoruns, right click that red entry you have found and delete it, then restart your PC and that error should be gone.

    2
    Start Windows in Safe Mode.

Open File Explorer, then on the View menu at the top, temporarily turn on 'Hidden Items'.

Navigate to this folder: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Scans\History\Service

Delete the contents of that Service folder.

    Navigate to this folder:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows Defender\Quarantine

Delete the contents of that Quarantine folder.

    Close File Explorer.

    3
    Restart Windows in normal mode.

Open Defender and select the option to perform an offline scan, your PC will restart to perform that scan.

Then check if that Defender malware list is clear.

    Glad to help!

Just a word of advice, IDM is known to be wrapped in malware depending on where you download it from, be very careful with that utility, it may also allow ransomware to be installed on your PC.
