    Hello.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, your Razer mouse works fine on the second computer but doesn't function properly on the first computer.

I suggest you try completely uninstalling the mouse's driver (look in Device Manager) for it.

While uninstalling, make sure to check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" as well.

During the uninstallation, please also ensure that you are not connected to any network.

After completing the uninstallation, restart the Windows system using another mouse or keyboard.

After the restart is complete, reconnect the Razer mouse and network, allowing Windows to automatically install the driver.

In most cases, the above methods should resolve the issue.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards.

    Hello.

My Razer DA v2 x hyperspeed has the same problem so I follow your suggestion. It’s worked but now my DA v2 x hyperspeed can’t connect to Razer synapse 3 anymore. I want to know if my mouse performance is affected and how to fix that. I hope I can get the answer soon.

    Thank you.
