This is an ancient issue and it's due to obsolete UI design that doesn't handle high resolution screens well. What Windows needs to do is allow the mouse to work on borders / corners if they are "close". It would be nice if there was a shortcut like holding shift while being close to a border to snap the mouse to the border. But yeah, MS wants to blame the UI design issue on user settings which is not helpful at all.
Why is it so difficult to resize App windows?? I want to grab the border of an app and there's an impossibly tiny edge that allows grabbing. Is there anyway to fix this?

2024-02-23T20:09:25+00:00 This is a terrible user experience. Relying on the 'snap' functionality is avoiding the underlying problem. Having a 1-pixel-wide border for windows on a 4K monitor makes it nearly impossible to get the cursor in the right position to resize the window.
Yeah, snapping the windows works. But I don't always want to snap them.
Please fix this!

2024-02-25T18:01:52+00:00 I 100% agree... this is massively frustrating and I run into it at least 100 times a day. I am not exaggerating. I work on multiple screens and am often moving around different applications and windows to put them in different places to allow for comparison and analyzation, and this makes me so angry because this didn't used to be an issue... it seems it has cropped up in the last 6 months or so.
