    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    What is the manufacturer and model of your computer?

    If you prefer, you can send a screenshot of your system information.

    • Press "Windows + R", type msinfo32 and press Enter.

    Maximize the window and use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply.

    Have you enabled the "Show hidden devices" option in the "View" menu?
    If yes, it looks like you never had a Bluetooth adapter on this PC.

    The PC specifications say the following:
    "1 x M.2 (key E 2230) Slot for Wi-Fi + BT Module"
    Source: https://www.asrock.com/nettop/AMD/DeskMini%20A3...https://www.asrock.com/nettop/AMD/DeskMini%20A3..
    This means your PC has a slot for adding an optional Bluetooth + Wi-Fi adapter. But it doesn't mean it comes with this adapter from the factory.

    Can you open the PC and identify if there is a Wi-Fi + Bluetooth adapter in the M.2 slot?

    Please do the following:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Device Manager";
    2. Click on the "View" menu and select "Show hidden devices";
    3. Expand "Bluetooth";
    4. If the Bluetooth adapter is listed, right-click and select "Properties". Check if there is an error in "Device Status".

    If you are unable to identify the Bluetooth adapter, please send a screenshot of the devices under the Bluetooth category.

    Thanks for the screenshot.

    The information on the ASRock website is a bit confusing. Maybe that's why you didn't find the driver.

    Please confirm that your PC is the one in the link below.
