All notification settings for this is on or allowed. It seems like that only issue is chrom is not added window system notification and I can't figure out how to add chrome to it. Does anyone know how to fix this? Snip of system notification is attached.ll

Hello! My name is Ben a fellow member here in the community, not a Microsoft employee. Hope you are doing well!

With regards to chrome notification settings, have you tried checking if Chrome is updated or if you tried reinstalling it?

You can try to check it again on your device notification with the steps below:

Step 1: Right-click on the Start icon and select Settings from the list.

Step 2: In the System tab, click on Notifications.

Step 3: Under ‘Notifications from apps and other senders’, enable the switch next to Google Chrome, if it isn’t already.

Additionally, you can also check the notification settings of Chrome itself via Chrome browser.

Step 1: Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot menu icon in the top right corner to open Settings.

Step 2: Navigate to the Privacy and security tab on your left and open Site Settings.

Step 3: Under Permissions, click on Notifications.

Step 4: Under Default behavior, select ‘Sites can ask to send notifications’.

Also, make sure that none of your favorite websites are listed under ‘Not allowed to send notifications.’ If you find any, click the three-dot menu icon next to the site’s URL and select Remove.

I hope the information helps. Feel free to post back in the community if there are still problems and we fellow members are here to help.

    Regards.

    Ben

Also check the site settings. To the left of the URL is the "View site information". Click this then select Site Settings. Check the Notifications setting. Make sure it is set to either Allow or Ask.
