Hello, Kenaket Tesfaye
Welcome to the Microsoft community.
I understand that you are experiencing screen blurring, here are some troubleshooting steps:
- Change dpi settings: Applications may not be scaled correctly to high DPI (dots per inch) settings, resulting in blurring. Right-click on the application shortcut or executable file in the installation folder, select Properties, go to the Compatibility tab, and click on "Change High DPI Settings". You may need to try different settings here, such as overriding the High DPI scaling behavior and selecting "Application" from the drop-down menu. 2.
- Change the display zoom settings: Go to Settings > System > Display and check the zoom options. You may be using a zoom level that is not appropriate for your display. Try setting it to 100% to see if that solves the problem. If text and icons are getting too small, you may need to try a different level. Or try adjusting the sharpness of the Blur app. Right-click on the shortcut to the blurry app and select Properties > Compatibility tab. Check the "Disable display of zoom settings" checkbox, then click "Apply" and "OK". Restart the application and check if it is still blurry.
- Reset affected software: If the problem is specific to a particular software, try resetting or reinstalling it. Find the problem software in Settings > Applications > Applications and Features, click Advanced Options, and select Reset. Click "Advanced Options", then select "Reset" or "Uninstall". If you choose "Uninstall", please reinstall the software from the official website.
If you have Win10 system, you can search "Advanced Zoom Settings" in the taskbar, and then select "Fix Blurry Apps", you can check Fix apps that appear blurry in Windows 10 - Microsoft Support
