When this happened to me about 6 months ago there was an app running called KillerAnalyticsService or something like that. I killed it in task manager details tab and my upload speed went from 0.24Mbs to 30Mbs instantly. Hope this helps
Super fast download speeds but Really slow upload speeds
Hi Team,
I have been having a really annoying issue, I get really fast download speeds and upload speeds on all my devices except on my main PC the download speeds are fine, but the upload speed is 1mbps. it's been like this for a few months I've tried a lot.
At first, I thought it was the isp however I've checked with several other devices and come to the conclusion that it has to do with a setting with Windows as the problem persists with an ethernet cable or Wifi with the same speeds.
I've attempted to use the fixes in the link below but made it worse, I managed to reverse the settings and really lost with what to do.
Windows for home | Windows 11 | Internet and connectivity

2024-06-07T09:35:22+00:00 I've wasted 12 months trying all these so called 'fixes' for exactly this same problem. On my (Dell XPS 8930 with Windows 11 Pro) desktop computer connected directly to my fibre broadband, I was getting over 900Mbps download BUT only getting less than 1Mbps on uploads. Extremely annoying as my laptop (connected via Wifi) was getting much higher upload speeds!
I found a small 'comment' somewhere from someone to bring up the 'Killer Intelligence Centre' App & turn OFF the 'Prioritization Engine' tab. This fixed the problem instantly & now I still get over 700Mbps downloads but also over 700Mbps uploads!
Why on earth is this app enabled on the Desktop to begin with?
