    Please answer this question:

Are you trying to copy music from the CD, or are you trying to copy music onto your CD?

The task you want to accomplish -- copy music from a CD to your computer and then send it to someone by email -- is actually quite easy. However, explaining how to do this in a written "recipe" will make things look far more complicated than they really are, especially since it appears that the steps will need to be broken down into very basic operations for you, not to mention that there are several potential issues that might come up and have to be dealt with.

For example, it seems likely that the size of the files you want to send will be too large to be attached to an email. The usual solution in this case is to upload the files to an online storage site such as OneDrive or Google Drive, create a "shareable link," and email the link to your recipient who could then download the files to their computer.

I know that you really don't want to hear this, but the best way for you to proceed is to find local help. A knowledgeable person sitting with you in front of your computer could explain the steps to you in about 15 minutes or less.

If you have a good public library nearby, it may well have people on staff who can help you learn this material -- for free. A local community college (in the U.S.) may have an entry-level computer course that would help -- but this would not be free. Similarly, you might be able to find a local computer repair shop that would be willing to spend 15 minutes or a half hour with you for a modest fee.
