There is NOTHING to fix. It has NOTHING to do with "compatibility".
The reason why "stuff" are missing is because the ngenuity app provides you with i.e. bass boost or EQ. You would ruin your sound if you accidentally enable double bass boost --- once in the enhancements tab and then a second time in the ngenuity app. So you are watching a movie and an explosion happens. Loud explosion sound. What happens if they give you 2 loudness equalization and you accidentally enable both of them. The loudness equalizion in the enhancements tab would lower the explosion sound. Then the "loudness equalization or smart volume" in ngenuity/dts x app would see that there is a sudden drop in sound volume so the second audio app would increase the volume back up. This is why "stuff" are "missing".
There can only be 1 EQ, 1 environment (imagine you double enable the "sewer pipe" environment), 1 loudness equalization... Once you understand "there can be only 1" rule, then you understand the "compatibility" argument is completely wrong.
If the ngenuity (or the dts x app) doesn't give you loudness equalization (maybe they call it by a different name such as "smart volume"), then tough luck. Complain to HyperX.
