how do i recover a file that is from an uninstalled program and then when the same program is installed again, the file is deleted?

im trying to recover a file that was from an uninstalled program, i reinstalled the same program, and the file is gone, so how do i get it back?

i tried to use the "restore older versions" button but it didnt show the file

    1). In the search box on the taskbar, type control panel, and then choose it from the list of results

    2). In the Control Panel search box, type recovery.

    3). Select Recovery > Open System Restore.

    4). In the Restore system files and settings box, select Next.

    5). Select the restore point that you want to use in the list of results, and then select Scan for affected programs.

    i tried but it didnt show the program i was trying to recover the file of (the program i installed is actually a folder with all its things on it btw)

    Recovering such a file of an uninstalled program can be tricky.

    There are two methods.

    1). Use system restore to the point before reinstalling the program.

    2). Use a third-party program.

    If there's no system restore point before the particular date, it might not be an option.
