Programs open and run, but I can’t seem to fullscreen/maximize or open

No matter the app , hotkey, or anything I do to pull something up, the program will run but I can’t get the window to display on my screen.

If the description of the issue isn’t clear Here’s a video of my exact issue

    When was the last time it worked properly?

    It seems the attached link of the video isn't loading.

    Do you have a secondary monitor connected? If so, please try disconnecting it and see if the issue persists.

    If this doesn't work, open the said program then Press and Hold the Shift key on your keyboard. Right click the affected program on the taskbar. Select Move then use the left and right arrows on your keyboard to move to the center.

    So silly me, I realized I ran dual monitor prior to giving it to him and it was still set to multi display dispute not having 2 displays, problem solved thanks for the help man very appreciated!! 🙏🏼🤘🏻

    Last working time would be about 2 days ago, prior to this issue i reset the pc and gave it too my brother, he said he downloaded opera gx and xbox, thats it. there isnt any other monitor plugged in unfortunately, i tried reuploading and this video should hopefully work. the issue isnt one ive really came across before so no rush any help is appreciated!
