    Hello.

    Thanks for your reply.

I have received the file you uploaded. As of now, I haven't found any valuable information in the file. I will wait for your next response (the next time you encounter a blue screen error, upload the latest .dmp file).

If there are further results, please feel free to reply.

    Best regards.

Hi again, thank you for the reply.

    Image

i had gotten these after an attempted repair, Here are the CBS Files it stated i hope it will help. Also i can try to do a clean boot but not right away as i've read it probably takes a lot of time to troubleshoot. i can try to uninstall some drivers and software ive downloaded somewhat recently, particularly AMD Adrenalin. My suspect maybe amd chipset software but ill have to wait till it crashes again to be sure. So far i think thats the only driver ive updated, that and a realtek lan driver from windows update and a few other ones from there. will update if there are any further issues.

Here are my specs as requested.

    Processor AMD Ryzen 5 3600 6-Core Processor 3.59 GHz

    Installed RAM 16.0 GB

System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

    Pen and touch Pen support

    Edition Windows 10 Pro

    Version 22H2

    Installed on ‎12/‎7/‎2019

    OS build 19045.3930

Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.19053.1000.0

    Hello.

Thank you for your information. I have received your file.

The blue screen error appears to be caused by ntkrnlmp.exe.

The blue screen error could be either a system issue or a driver problem.

I would recommend trying the following steps for troubleshooting.

    1. Search for and open "CMD" as an administrator. Enter the following command and execute it (Please pay attention to the spaces in between).
       dism.exe /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

       sfc /scannow

These two commands will repair missing or corrupted system files.
    2. Use the computer in clean boot mode. This step can help isolate the impact of third-party software on the system. Disclaimer: A “clean boot” starts Windows with a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. It helps to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program and to isolate the cause of a problem. These steps of "clean boot" might look complicated at first glance. However, to avoid any trouble for you, please follow them in order and step-by-step so that it will help you get you back on track. Click **** here for more information.
    3. Uninstall and reinstall the drivers. Use manufacturer-provided drivers or those provided by Windows Update for all components. If Windows-provided drivers have issues, replace them with manufacturer's drivers.

The above methods typically can resolve the issue in most cases.

Additionally, what is your current hardware configuration? Some hardware is better suited for Windows 11 rather than Windows 10.

If anything is unclear, please do not hesitate to let me know.

    Best regards.

Hi, thank you for responding. Here are the DMP Files you requested. I hope it helps you find out the problem. As i've already done a fresh install of Windows 10 on this and numerous other attempts at fixing and bringing it to shops and still the problem persists.

Ive already reset the BIOS and even resetting the CMOS so it can revert to default settings. the problems got so bad that we had to replace the processor and now it only crashes occasionally, which i could call an improvement but we paid thousands so it wouldnt. It used to crash every startup and would stop once it was stable. Or it would crash everytime the computer was idle and wouldn't crash while playing games.

ive tried to fix problems on my own by turning off Core performance boost and C-state since it thought would explain the idle issue and did a monthly check using my windows defender, CMD and driver and windows updates. some days it would fix the crahes some days it would get worse

    Hello.

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

For resolving system blue screen issues, the automatically saved .dmp files are crucial.

Based on your description, I would recommend trying to reset the BIOS to its default settings first. If that doesn't work, I suggest providing a .dmp file to help me understand the cause of the blue screen error.

Note: Before resetting the BIOS, please ensure that you have backed up important data. You can contact the motherboard manufacturer for instructions on how to reset the BIOS.

Please check if there are .dmp files in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory.

    • If so, package these files, upload them to OneDrive, and share them, and then include a link to share them in the next reply. Since these files detail exactly what happened when your system crashed, this helps us resolve your issue.

    • If not, run the following command to try to enable it. Win logo key + Q, open the search box, type "cmd", then right-click Command Prompt, select Run as administrator), and then type the following command.

    wmic recoveros set DebugInfoType=3

This is to enable blue screen logging. You need to try to access the C:\Windows\Minidump directory to see if there are .dmp files after the next blue screen appears.

Please include a link to that file in your response, as it will help me more effectively assist you in resolving the issue.

    Best regards.
