Do you mean your desktop background photo is all zoomed in? If so, go to Windows settings > Personalization > Background, then for "choose a fit", you can change it to the "fit" option.

Maybe I didn't understand your issue correctly.
Can you tell me - where exactly are you uploading it to? What app are you using to view these photos? Perhaps that's the missing information here.
Feel free to take a screenshot, and paste directly in your reply, so that I can have a better udnerstanding what the issue here is.

Thanks for your help. Unfortunately, all my saved desktop photos ( on my desktop) appear grossly oversized when I attempt to upload (from the desktop) just to view. I have no clue why. Appreciated your help. Have a great day. John. ******@hotmail.com
