I want to remove this FONDUE popup that keeps appearing

This annoying popup keep appearing over the last few days. Its happening every 10-15 mins or so. I have never seen it before, have no idea what it is and I do not want it. Im not very tech smart, I know very little about computers, How do I safely remove or turn off this thing?

To remove the appearance of the FONDUE.exe popup, you can try the following steps:

1.Ensure that the FONDUE.exe file is legitimate and not malware in disguise. Perform a thorough virus scan with your antivirus software. If you find the file located outside of the C:\Windows\System32 directory, it could be suspicious

2.Disable the Scheduled Task: The popup might be triggered by a scheduled task. You can disable any scheduled task related to FONDUE.exe by opening Task Scheduler and looking for any tasks that may be invoking FONDUE.exe, then disable them.

To do this, press Windows + r and type: taskschd. msc

Press ENTER and you will see the Task Scheduled window.
