No display with new GPU

Built a new pc and has been using it with my old GT630 gpu. New 4060ti arrived. No display, vga light on.

What I've tried:

-Reseat it (countless times).

-Make sure the PCIe cable has power (installed a 1050ti with external power and it works).

-bios was already updated before the gpu arrived

-tried the second pcie slot.

-returned the gpu and bought another 4060ti from another seller.

-deleted the gpu drivers and tried with the windows drivers.

-used a different monitor. Even connected it to a tv.

• My cpu (5900X) does not have Integrated graphics

• The caps lock, etc. lights work on the keyboard when I turn on the pc.

• When I install both the 4060ti and gt630 and connect the gt630 to the monitor, the screen flickers

I left it to a repair shop today and they couldn't get it to work. I'll have to wait until monday to take it.

A low power supply will cause sudden shutdowns in the system and not target just the GPU. I believe the issue to be with the motherboard.

People told me it could be the mobo or the power supply. The mobo is new, power supply is second hand. Any chance it could be broken? Not giving sufficient power maybe?

    Hello there,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

The VGA light is an indicator of a hardware error and since this test is run before windows is booted up you have an issue with the system hardware or BIOS itself.

You mentioned multiple GPU's have been tested so it is most likely your device motherboard that has gone faulty.
