Google Chrome I think
Is the Ad Block extension installed on Chrome? Are the "ads" telling you to turn it on? Check Chrome > 3 dots > More tools > Extensions.
If it's not installed, see if clearing the Cache stops the ads. Hit [Ctrl+Shift+Del] and clear Cached images and files.
On the ads, is there an X (maybe small and hard to see) to close the ad or a "no thanks" link? Closing the ad or selecting "no thanks" would probably be remembered by a Cookie.
