I clicked end task on desktop window manager

I was ending tasks that ate up my memory but I accidentally ended task on desktop window manager. My screen is black and I can't open anything except task manager.DOES ANYONE KNOW HOW TO FIX THIS??? plus help asap

    Press CTRL + SHIFT + ESC and try restarting your computer.

    If you can't, in Task Manager click File > Run new task and type explorer.exe

    Settings is suspended btw and idk if I should turn off my computer with the power button because I can't use start
