Purchased new Lenovo Thinkpad Laptop...But am unable to login in that as its asking to login as school or company

I cannot login and its asking to login as school or company and cannot login as personal account

    You were probably sold a refurbished one - contact the support immediately and ask for a return. There is no way you can use it for personal use.

    Hi Muqeet,

    Did you buy it refurbished or pre-owned? If so, you would need to return it as the device is locked for the organization and cannot be used by you.

    If it is brand new, 1 AT 1.com(Replace AT with @) and a random value as password should work.

    It took the username as : ******@1.com
    But password I put : 1234 , it did not work, its saying me to wait for 9mins to put again. Please see screenshot.
