I have noticed this problem for 3 days already and its really frustrating because my time zone keeps getting set to Arizona even though I don't live there or have a VPN enabled. Every single time I start up my PC it constantly switches back to Arizona and sometimes its my location (Illinois) and it just switches randomly and its super annoying. I have tried every single solution I could find. My BIOS is normal and I restarted network settings and synchronized windows time and I couldn't find a solution why because I cant figure out why its doing this please help. It changes my actual location not only time zone.

While my public address or IPV4 is set to my actual location

This problem is caused by VPN. You may disable automatic time zone detection and use command line tzutil command to set correct zone.
And you may try another VPN program.
