Bios setup

I shut down and charge my laptop after I do my work. After I left a few minutes I want open again my laptop but the screen appear alert from Dell system assistant. It says my computer not charging and have 3 button continue, bios setup and diagnosis. I don't know what button should I press. When I press continue my laptop on to the home screen and when I press bios setup I need restore system. Please help my laptop can't changing.

    I press the button diagnosis but my laptop turn off and suddenly my screen appear color and have sound tik...tik like that I scare and I turn off my laptop from on button

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Start your laptop, then on the Dell logo screen, repeatedly press the F12 key, and from the resulting menu, select Diagnostics.

    Run that full diagnostics test, does that find any fault with your hardware like the battery or power adapter?
