Microsoft store install service is missing and due to that i can't install/update from Microsoft Store

I've been trying so hard to get my microsoft store to work over the last few days and while following tutorials (like this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YqDupVEHM1I&list=WL&index=3&t=222s&ab_channel=CrownGEEK) and i noticed that "Microsoft store install" is missing from services the "Windows Update" is there but the microsoft store one isn't and because of that microsoft store refuses to download anything

Like when i try to install xbox app it just won't and when i try to install from the web i get an error , i also used this thread ( https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/windows-store-install-service-is-missing/443aaa45-3b22-4617-8f70-e4b25cc76410 ) to solve my problem but i still ain't working

Can someone help me with this?

    Your files, apps, and settings will be preserved by default during the repair installation.

    But if you see the following screen (with grayed-out options), cancel the setup.

    Will the ubgrade delete all my files/apps or just ubdates windows?

    Hi there,

    I've uploaded the Microsoft Store Install service here (for Windows 10 22H2).

    Download and run it. Click Yes to confirm.

    Restart Windows.

    Do you see the "Download" button at the top of that page?

    The REG file won't delete anything from your system.

    Will this reinstall windows/delete all my files on my pc or just ubdates it?

    also how do i download it? Do i copy paste this into CMD?
