How do I fix my usb headset's volume control?

So I spent an hour before looking up and trying methods and then another hour with window's tech support trying to figure out this issue. I am using a wireless Corsair SE RGB headset on Windows 10 desktop. It was working find earlier today when suddenly the volume control stopped working and was stuck on 100%
When the headset is on wireless mode even when it is plugged or unplugged, it's volume control is unable to change the volume and the volume on windows is stuck at 100%, it's either mute or max volume. The volume can't be adjusted even if you drag it.
When the headset is on wired mode then the volume control works perfectly fine as it did before, but I did buy a wireless headset for the mobility of wirelessness.

I have tried repeatedly restarting the pc, restarting audio service, adjusting the audio device properties, updating drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling drivers, deleting drivers, sfc scan, tried doing changes through device manager, control panel, settings, volume mixer, updating/reinstalling all audio drivers, restarting windows explorer, restarting with the usb in and out of the pc, and there might be more I'm forgetting.
I didn't see any forums for this specific issue I have or they didn't give me a solution I haven't already tried. The tech I was with tried with remote assist but in the end the remaining options they gave me were to either upgrade and lose all my files or try the forums and see if there might be an answer here.

    Hello, Stan Laguerre

    Welcome to the Microsoft community.

Hello, I'm sorry to hear about your issue with your wireless Corsair SE RGB headset where the volume control suddenly stopped working and got stuck at 100%.

I have done some research for you and this appears to be a known issue with the headset firmware, there are many users on the Corsair forums who have experienced the same issue as you, you can refer to the Corsair forums below it appears that there are also members who have resolved the issue by upgrading and replacing the firmware: Volume stuck at 100 - Gaming Peripherals & Audio Troubleshooting - Corsair Community

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

In addition, you seem to have already carried out many of the steps to fix it, my next suggestion is that you try contacting Corsair's official after-sales service, and after consulting with them, provide you with a firmware version adapted to your current system to give it to you.

Thank you for your time and effort to work on this topic.

    Best wishes
